    Attending a Leader Meeting? Let the shop know and we will have your merchandise ready for pick-up at the meeting!
  • My GS: Direct Login to your member profile and VTK. Here is where you register for Girl Scouts. Don’t forget to assign your roles.
  • Volunteer Toolkit (VTK): A digital tool to help you plan your Girl Scout year. Find resources to complete Journeys, badges, and awards. You can select a meeting-by-meeting year plan or customize your own.   • gsLearn: Volunteer Training offered online and face-to-face.
    • At least one registered adult in a troop/group leadership role must complete the Girl Scout Welcome Session, complete required level membership role, and CPR/First Aid (if no certification) training before first troop meeting.
    • At least one registered adult is required for outdoor training if troop is participating at a lodge, other secure facilities, or personal home. There are four modules that cover different facets of outdoor experience, see learning portal for additional information.
    • It is required that adults in positions of troop/group leadership whose group will be changing grade levels participate in training for the new level.
  • Troop Detail Survey: An online tool that matches interested girls and adult members to troops.
  • Council Forms: Council’s forms and resources.
  • Council Programs: Council’s own programs and events not affiliate with the Service Unit events and outings.

su402 Team

The su402 team is composed of volunteer members that have one or more troops of their own. The team coordinates and affiliate with communications (emails/Facebook/website), equipment rental, camporee, and events throughout the year for our community.

School Champions

A volunteer per school or school district to be the “key” contact person for council, service unit, schools, new troops and new volunteers especially for organizing school/scout events. If a volunteer has not come forward for a school location then the volunteers from the oldest troop at the school location will be selected.
