- Annual Permission (updated 9/23/2021)
An annual permission form that covers the entire year.
- Campership Application
Financial assistant to a scout who would be unable to attend a Girl Scout camp. Any questions contact su402finance@gmail.com.
- Work at Home Badge Sheet
Scouts that are participating in Badges on their own, can fill the Work at Home Badge Sheet and return to their leaders for approval. For younger scouts they will need assistance from their families to fill out.
- Request for Troop Meeting Funding
For troops that are being changed for using the school rooms or other meeting spaces. The su402 has set ups finance assistance to ease the cost. Any questions contact su402finance@gmail.com.
- Event & Budget Worksheet
To be used for planning events of any size, at any level and all money earning projects that are being run through the Service Unit. Any requests for finance assistance must be approved by the su402 Finance Manager & Team. See Event Planning Guide for additional information.
- Financial Assistance for Scout Participation in Troop Activities
Financial assistant to a scout who would be unable to attend an activity/event with their troop. Any questions contact su402finance@gmail.com.
