Ivy Hill’s Troop 45105 generously collected items and put together Easter baskets for families in need through the Wheeling Township Food Pantry. Thank you, ladies!

An annual event for our Service Unit, which involves troops or individual girls putting together completed Thanksgiving Meals in a “Basket” for needy families in the community. This year we donated 22 baskets for family in need for Thanksgiving.

Buffalo Grove, Service Project
St. Mary’s Junior Troop 45133 found a new way to do service safety. The girls spent an afternoon outside at a senior community in Wheeling, painting residents’ windows with beautiful fall-themed scenes. What an awesome way to spread some cheer!
Covid19 Cookie Donation!

Troop 41997 wanted to help everyone in their school have a voice at recess. Working with their school, the girls influenced and fundraised to add an Augmentative and Alternative Communication board to their playground!
Buffalo Grove Tree

Located near the flag pole at the Raupp Museum, this Oak Tree is donated by our Service Unit to mark the 50th anniversary of the Buffalo Grove Park District.

After long travel delays, we are proud to introduce “Rauppy”. He is keeping watch over the museum from a prime position near the flag pole. Donated to the museum through the generosity of su402. Come and visit and see our GS plaque.
Buddy Bench
Fall 2014
Arlington Hts, Bronze Award
Troops 40694 fundraised and worked with younger sister troops 40743 & 41071. Designed and painted a Buddy Bench to Dryden Elementary school to promote being a buddy to everyone! Over the years the paint has chipped away and new boards are in place, however the plaque is still there!

In honor of the 100th Anniversary of Girl Scouts, 2,100 Girl Scouts from Arlington Hts, Buffalo Grove, Lincolnshire, Long Grove, and Wheeling donated a Colorado Blue Spruce Tree and bench as long-lasting symbols to a bridge to the next 100 years of scouting. Come and visit, great place to do a bridging ceremony!
