Training

Training is required for Girl Scout volunteers based on your role. New troop leaders must complete the Getting Started modules and About Your Grade Level modules. This series must be completed within 30 days of beginning the leader role.

Our council is proud to offer training and events that empower volunteers with the knowledge, skills and confidence to deliver fun, safe, and meaningful Girl Scout experiences at each level and outdoors! Most trainings are done online at your own pace.

We know that when you have the knowledge and skills you need to manage your girls, both you and your troop will thrive. GSGCNWI offers ongoing learning opportunities that will help you grow your skills and confidence.
